Agreement Terms

The promotional engagement will continue for six consecutive months from the mutually agreed start date.
Payment
The total investment is $3,000. The specific payment schedule must be confirmed in writing before services begin.
Client Responsibilities
The client will provide timely social media access, website credentials, source media, approvals and accurate information.
Organic Results
Cloud Rays will apply professional organic strategies. Specific follower, engagement, reach or revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Minor Safety & Approval
All content and account activity involving the child will remain age-appropriate and subject to parent or legal guardian approval.
Cancellation
Either party may request cancellation with 30 days’ written notice. Completed work and earned fees remain non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
Final approved and fully paid campaign assets may be used by the client. Cloud Rays retains its internal systems, methods and working templates.
Confidentiality
Both parties will protect credentials, private personal information, unpublished content and confidential campaign materials.
